Kristy Lyles is a Christian inspirational speaker and certified life coach. She is the founder of Virtuous Reality Inc., 

a corporation that includes Virtuous Reality Life Coaching, and Virtuous Reality T.V. Virtuous Reality's mission is to promote the power of being a Proverbs 31 woman in a modern world, and to remind women that they can be virtuous while still being  feminine, fabulous, and fierce. Her passion is to spread messages that both encourage and empower women, and she avidly promotes their ability to walk in  Power, Love, and a Sound Mind.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies, and is completing a Master’s degree in Theology and Counseling. She is a native of Washington, D.C., and currently resides in Dallas, TX with her husband, Minister Sean Lyles.
